Job Summary
A non-profit health information technology company is seeking a Remote Learning Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating, measuring outcomes, and growing our external workforce programs
- Using state of the art curriculum and adult learning approaches
- Embedding learning into organizational culture
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- 4+ year degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of and experience with the healthcare safety net
- Flexible and adaptable style
- Track record of effectively leading a direct service organization with a complex array of programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
