Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Following up with prospects by email, phone, and SMS
- Scheduling showings for applicants
- Collecting and aggregating documentation necessary for rental application screening
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience in Property Management or related field
- 2+ years experience in a customer service position
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Phenomenal communication skills, both written and verbal
- High Attention to detail
- Tech savvy with an ability to use Google Suite and Microsoft Suite products
