Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Leave and Disability Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of STD and leave of absence claims
- Assist operations leadership with daily management of workflow
- Resolve and respond to complex/sensitive day-to-day claim and account inquiries from clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years deciding progressively complex STD claims, SDI claims and Leave cases
- 2+ years of approving claims and cases for less senior employees
- Must be an independent and self-directed worker
