Job Summary
Acting as an extension of clients' HR departments, the full-time Dedicated Consultant will manage leave of absence and accommodation processes for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations while working remotely from various states across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Administer all aspects of the leave of absence and accommodation process for assigned clients, including eligibility determination and communication with employees
- Complete administrative tasks related to leave management, including executing new leave requests and maintaining accurate records
- Provide updates to clients regarding employee leave requests and assist with complicated leave cases and regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, with 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years focused on leave of absence and ADA administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing superior customer service
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex leave cases
