Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Leave of Absence Case Management HR Assistant in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Receiving queries via phone, email or chat and log contacts into the shared service case management system
  • Serving as the first point of contact for leave, disability, and accommodation related questions
  • Taking ownership of employee contacts

Position Requirements Include:

  • Basic US legislation Leave of Absence and Accommodations knowledge
  • 1 year of Leave and/or Accommodations experience
  • Previous HR experience
  • 3-5 years of Case/Claims Management or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience working in a virtual environment
  • Knowledge of US federal and state leave and disability laws
