Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Leave of Absence Case Management HR Assistant in Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving queries via phone, email or chat and log contacts into the shared service case management system
- Serving as the first point of contact for leave, disability, and accommodation related questions
- Taking ownership of employee contacts
Position Requirements Include:
- Basic US legislation Leave of Absence and Accommodations knowledge
- 1 year of Leave and/or Accommodations experience
- Previous HR experience
- 3-5 years of Case/Claims Management or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working in a virtual environment
- Knowledge of US federal and state leave and disability laws
