- Assisting the Senior Benefits Administrator in responding to benefit inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with state mandated health care reform
- Assembling hourly and salary benefit, disability and new hire packets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-5 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of health, welfare, benefits and retirement concepts/fundamentals
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to maintain sensitive/confidential information
- Ability to identify trends through data to educate employees or internal partners
- Ability to generate and provide benefits analytics on the various benefits
