Job Summary

A physician-owned company specializing in acute care management and staffing solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Leave Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Intaking of leave requests, sending required notices, forms and letters, and determining leave eligibility
  • Ensuring federal and state compliance of all leaves, including certification of PDL, FMLA and/or CFRA leaves
  • Tracking and maintaining complete and accurate leave files in our leave tracking system, Workforce Software (WFS)

Qualifications Include:

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related vocational college degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in leave of absence administration
  • Ability to run LOA Oracle HCM reports as needed for audits and to create reports
