Remote Legal Analyst Team Lead

Job Summary

An independent, not-for-profit health benefits organization is in need of a Remote Legal Analyst Team Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting attorneys and other business analysts in performance of projects, tasks, and activities in furtherance of needs of lines of business and legal operations
• Preparing and submiting regulatory filings

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of experience relating to contracting or regulatory compliance with increasing responsibility
• 1 year of experience in research and analysis in support of document development and review
