Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing all operational functions for legal and finance
- Leading the finance team members and guiding them in the project planning and execution
- Acting in the best interests of the organization as an organization’s fiduciary
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have a degree in Business Law, Risk Management, Finance, or J.D. with related financial/business experience
- Have a solid understanding of accounting principles
- Are able to anticipate legal and financial issues or risks and to see around the corner
- Are interested in learning more about finance and business operations
- Have a sharp eye for detail when working with documents, costs, expenses, payroll, etc
- Are self-driven
