Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Legal Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting up to three (3) tort trial attorneys in an active litigation practice in New York State
- Being responsible for the preparation of pleadings, discovery, and administrative support for attorney
- Applying a high level of experience and knowledge of NY tort practice
Required Skills:
- Legal background
