Remote Legal Associate

Job Summary

A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Legal Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting in-house legal team with requests
• Monitoring compliance concerns across all teams
• Reviewing, drafting and amending a varietamend variety of commercial agreements, service agreements and NDAs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience as a practising lawyer or regulatory and compliance specialist
• At least a basic awareness of and passion for Web 3.0
• Advanced legal analytical skills
• Law degree from a leading university and legal training from an international law firm OR advanced degree and legal research or compliance experience
• Awareness and basic knowledge and understanding of cross border legal and regulatory issues and of diverse legal systems
• Excellent drafting and writing skills
