Job Summary
A privately-held consulting firm specializing in healthcare IT and population health is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Legal Attorney in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Counsel and advise company executives on a variety of legal issues
- Manage corporate governance and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Advise on contract status, legal risks, and legal liabilities associated with different deals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working with complex technical and business legal matters
- 7+ years’ experience practicing law as an in-house counsel and/or in a mid-size or large law firm
- Experience in general business, corporate, and tax law required
- Experience in M&A, employment, and/or Government Contracting law preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment
