Job Summary

A media and marketing solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Legal Clerk.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Enter ads into the AdBooker, G3, and Wave2 programs
• Perform reporting duties to include crystal reports for manifest and affidavits
• Perform administrative duties including answering phones and checking messages

Qualifications for this position include:

• Attention to detail skills including excellent spelling and grammar
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ablility to type at least 50 wpm for data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Highly effective communication skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a keen sense of efficient telephone etiquette
