Job Summary
A media and marketing solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Legal Clerk.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Enter ads into the AdBooker, G3, and Wave2 programs
- Perform reporting duties to include crystal reports for manifest and affidavits
- Perform administrative duties including answering phones and checking messages
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attention to detail skills including excellent spelling and grammar
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ablility to type at least 50 wpm for data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Highly effective communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a keen sense of efficient telephone etiquette
