A legal company has a current position open for a Remote Legal Client Experience Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to all client escalation calls and create a resolution
- Collaborate with colleagues in different departments to improve the client experience
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 2-3 years of advanced phone skills to help improve client experience in a service business
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a customer service phone role
- Excellent computer skills - proficient with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
