Seeking a driven Remote Legal Collections Representative, the part-time hourly position will negotiate and process payments for past due accounts while working remotely, with potential onsite training in Houston.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and process payments for delinquent accounts through direct customer contact
• Assess consumers' financial conditions and determine reasons for delinquency to find solutions
• Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure compliance with collection regulations

Required qualifications

• Prior legal collections work history is mandatory
