Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Legal Contract Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working primarily on single purpose agreements/documents
- Preparing initial drafts of agreements based upon contracting standards
- Managing form contract templates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel 1-2 trips per year for Legal Department meetings
- Bachelor’s Degree or five years of proven experience
- One to three years of contract/legal experience
- Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player
