Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Legal Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Prepare and submit timely status reports to claims handlers
- Create and maintain a documented strategy for case handling
- Develop, organize and maintain document files consisting of pleadings, briefs and memorandums
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Required to travel as needed
- 1+ year experience as a trial attorney
- Member of the State Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing education requirements
