Job Summary
A leading provider of technology-enabled language, content management and intellectual property services has a current position open for a Virtual Legal Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate all forms of contracts and third party agreements with customers, vendors and partners worldwide
- Advise technology division on legal issues relating to corporate contracts currently under review or negotiation
- Work with business division to deliver a first class proactive transactional support for technology contracts and services where required
Skills and Requirements Include:
- JD degree or equivalent degree or legal qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a PQE with an active license to practice law
- Expertise in many areas of domestic and international business and intellectual property law
- General experience with working in an international and multicultural working environment with geographically dispersed team members
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills and substantive expertise with key provisions of most contracts
- Competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
