Job Summary
A technology company specializing in fraud protection solutions has a current position open for a Remote Legal Director.
Must be able to:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to review, draft, and negotiate a range of domestic and international commercial agreements
- Help the team develop ways in which to scale the team, whether it is through processes, playbooks, tools, training or otherwise
- Expand into other legal substantive area
Position Requirements Include:
- JD required. Bar admission and in good standing in at least one state.
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, including with commercial transactions and/or privacy experience
- Solid understanding of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they apply to online data and relate to commercial transactions
