Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Legal Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing policies and processes that organize all company legal activities
  • Owning the overall legal function
  • Leading the creation, documentation and implementation of legal policies for the company

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • JD degree and membership to at least one US state bar
  • Experience drafting and executing license agreements for a SaaS startup
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to translate business objectives and goals into legal concepts
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of SaaS license agreements
  • Systems experience using Salesforce, Carta, PandaDoc, DocuSign and G Suite
