Job Summary

A law firm is seeking a Remote Legal General Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts and related documents
  • Researching and becoming knowledgeable regarding a broad range of laws and regulations
  • Providing general legal advice to management on a wide variety of legal matters

Qualifications Include:

  • J.D. from an accredited institution
  • Must be admitted and in good standing to practice law in at least one state
  • 5-7 years or more of law firm and/or in-house counsel experience
  • Experience with general corporate background and strong contract negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of data security and privacy laws and experience
