Remote Legal Guardian

Job Summary

To support remote legal depositions, the part-time Guardian will prepare case materials, manage live proceedings, assist participants, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of accurate transcripts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review case materials and research terminology prior to depositions
• Host and manage remote legal proceedings via video conferencing platforms
• Monitor live depositions and ensure accurate, finalized transcripts are delivered on time

Required qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools
• Experience in legal support, court reporting, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure environments
• Comfortable working in an on-call, variable schedule environment
• Notary Public commission is a plus
