Remote Legal Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A woman's health company is filling a position for a Remote Legal Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working closely with our Head of Legal and other legal team members on project management and administrative type tasks
• Developing presentations from those data sources
• Partnering with our legal operations team to increase contracting velocity

Qualifications for this position include:

• Detail-oriented but able to prioritize
• Excel fluent with the ability to build data sets, generate reports, and create visuals from data
• 0-2 years prior experience in operations or project management at a fast-growing tech or healthcare environment
• A knack for developing processes, excited about working with contracts, ideating and executing solutions that will improve the day-to-day productivity
• familiarity with Salesforce, DocuSign, and Ironclad or other similar software
