Job Summary

A leader in powering physical subscriptions is in need of a Remote Legal Operations and Contracts Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Scaling enterprise systems and processes
Providing administrative and functional support to commercial legal leadership
Partnering with various stakeholders in the company to help drive business outcomes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with technology tools
Experience reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and vendor contracts
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
