Job Summary
A provider of recruiting software has an open position for a Remote Legal Operations Lead.
Must be able to:
- Help to develop and maintain compnay's contract management program
- Manage internal tools and processes necessary to run seamless legal operations
- Serve as the internal point of contact for contract queries for company's internal teams as well as its customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Highly developed compliance mindset and experiences gained from working in a legal, or compliance function for an organisation across multiple jurisdictions
- Demonstrates a strong track record of problem solving capability for operational challenges
- Be autonomous and professional in approach, with high levels of motivation
- First class attention to detail and reasoning with extremely organisation and a proven work ethic
- Comfortable with a high pace work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, determination and tenacity, along with a sense of humor
