Job Summary
A healthcare investment management company has an open position for a Remote Legal Operations Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, developing, and implementing or improving systems and processes
- Simplifying and automating legal processes and workflows
- Managing the intake queue for the legal team and provide visibility to General Counsel on legal resource allocation
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience at a high-growth company or top-tier management consulting firm
- Experience working with attorneys
- Proven experience working with and leading large cross-functional initiatives
- Provide project documentation and create self-help tools: dashboards, tool kits, legal training, Q&A, process flows, etc
