Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Legal Operations Lead Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting the legal department with budgeting and forecasting
• Building out and implementing the processes for best practices in the eBilling space
• Overseeing the setup of outside counsel billing guidelines

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in eBilling, legal ops, or paralegal work
• Experience developing materials for trainings and system onboarding
• eBilling system experience
• Ability to oversee the setup of outside counsel billing guidelines
• Ability to build out and implement the processes for best practices in the eBilling space
• Ability to work effectively, and collaboratively, across the legal department
