Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Legal Operations Lead Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting the legal department with budgeting and forecasting
- Building out and implementing the processes for best practices in the eBilling space
- Overseeing the setup of outside counsel billing guidelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in eBilling, legal ops, or paralegal work
- Experience developing materials for trainings and system onboarding
- eBilling system experience
- Ability to oversee the setup of outside counsel billing guidelines
- Ability to build out and implement the processes for best practices in the eBilling space
- Ability to work effectively, and collaboratively, across the legal department
