Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Legal Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the implementation and creation of processes and systems to improve legal efficiency and facilitating timely changes
- Driving the progress on the legal roadmap initiatives with a focus on technical and operational processes
- Identifying opportunities and areas for improvement, producing action plans, and applying general administrative support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5+ of experience at a law firm or in-house legal department of a large company
- Superior project management and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Hands on knowledge of Salesforce, contracts lifecycle management systems, content management and workflow automation tools
- Be detail-oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful with strong follow-through skills
- Experience in supporting and implementing technical solutions alongside multitasking skills
