Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and recommending organizational and operational process improvement
- Developing and leading a global contracting approach for vendors and customers
- Handling corporate governance documents

- 5+ years in a corporate legal function role, including 3 or more years of corporate legal operations experience
- Experience with legal operations technology
- Proficiency in process design and documentation
