Remote Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A developer-first MLOps platform is seeking a Remote Legal Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing CLM tool and ensure contracts are well maintained
• Developing legal process guides and enablement materials
• Reviewing NDAs and vendor agreements based on legal playbooks

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• B.A. or B.S. degree or relevant experience
• 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience, with 2+ years of experience in legal operations or contracts management
• Strong preference for experience in the technology/software industry
• Experience implementing and integrating legal tools
• Understanding of NDAs, vendor agreements, and contracts generally
• Proven track record of building effective processes, identifying key pain points, and delivering measurable improvements
