Remote Legal Operations Paralegal Specialist

Job Summary

A payroll and benefits management company has an open position for a Remote Legal Operations Paralegal Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Organize, redirect, and distribute legal tasks on our project board
• Determine root causes for bottlenecks in our internal processes
• Track, benchmark, analyze, and report on ongoing legal tasks and projects

Qualifications for this position include:

• Law background a plus but not essential
• Legal Operations or similar experience working in a legal environment preferred
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and reading comprehension
• Ability to switch between multiple different projects
• Ability to learn and master communication application per Slack
• Comfort with Excel/Sheets and generating simple statistics such as average task times
