A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Legal Operations Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Running the Legal Department's e-billing and matter management system and processes
• Implementing and managing the metrics, benchmarking, and reporting for the department
• Monitoring and reporting on outside counsel spending data, including conducting data surveys

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in the legal sector
• Experience in house as a team leader in a legal operations group
• Experience with legal specific processes and platforms
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills as well as attention to detail
• Strategic approach with competence to define strategy and drive implementation
