Remote Legal Operations Software Specialist

Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Legal Operations Software Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Facilitating (including completing or triaging) incoming internal legal requests and track various metrics
• Establishing processes and operationalize internal tools to better scale legal workflows and priorities
• Identifying gaps and creating scalable solutions, systems and trainings to manage legal and cross-functional processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of admin, legal operations and/or project management experience
• Experience prioritizing competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and self-initiative with a desire for impact
• Excellent communicator and team player who can work across multiple teams
