Job Summary
A food manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Legal Operations Specialist in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the administration of our Legal Operations
- Providing assistance on a variety of corporate governance matters
- Assisting in the onboarding process and continued success of our Contract Management System
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Work will be remote until business returns to office
- Undergraduate Degree from an accredited 4-year institution
- Ability to facilitate completion of non-disclosure agreements and commercial contracts
