Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Narrative Proofreader (Legal Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Proofread complex legal billing narratives for accuracy and consistency
• Review and edit time entries to ensure compliance with Outside Counsel Guidelines
• Communicate with law firms and clients to ensure accuracy in the billing process

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in English, Business, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum four years of billing experience in a law firm or three years of legal proofreading experience
• Familiarity with legal terminology and document formats used in legal work
• Ability to multitask and meet stringent deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
