Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Legal Regulatory Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and preparing memoranda on legal-regulatory issues
- Providing high quality trusted medicines regardless of geography or circumstance
- Researching FDA, FTC and related laws on promotional materials governing pharmaceutical advertising and promotion
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-3 years' FDA regulatory law experience working in a law firm, government agency, or pharmaceutical company required
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate required
- Substantive experience with FDA pharmaceutical law, such as approval pathways and post-market compliance required
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, strategic thinking, communication and organizational skills
- Attorney in one or more jurisdictions required
