Job Summary
A leader in Contract Automation and Intelligence has a current position open for a Remote Legal Resourcing Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Playing matchmaker between our lawyers and clients
- Collaborating with the Account Management team to understand client needs in order to target the right lawyer partner
- Becoming a go-to staffing expert whose feedback and experience of the day-to-day staffing process
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of resourcing/recruiting experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at working cross-functionally with legal partnerships, account management, and product teams
- Attention to detail while monitoring and maintaining the integrity of our data
- Enjoy establishing an internal framework of standards and processes
- A figure-it-out attitude and can comfortably work in ambiguous environments
