Job Summary

A virtual administrative support provider has an open position for a Remote Legal Secretary.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to client communications during business hours
  • Developing relationships with our clients

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience as a legal administrative assistant or legal secretary in a law firm
  • Proficiency in using a practice management system, preferably Clio or My Case
  • Expert with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to format and edit legal briefs
  • Proficient with Google suite of programs
