Job Summary
A legal services technology company has an open position for a Remote Legal Services Customer Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting ad hoc and recurring data analysis to help increase clients’ business value
- Examining, understanding, documenting, and helping improve the full customer lifecycle
- Owning client data requests and validation processes
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years of CS Operations experience in a fast-paced startup/SaaS environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, with an eye for streamlining tasks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel or G-Suite
- Proficiency with SQL
