Job Summary

A legal services technology company has an open position for a Remote Legal Services Customer Operations Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting ad hoc and recurring data analysis to help increase clients’ business value
  • Examining, understanding, documenting, and helping improve the full customer lifecycle
  • Owning client data requests and validation processes

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-3 years of CS Operations experience in a fast-paced startup/SaaS environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, with an eye for streamlining tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel or G-Suite
  • Proficiency with SQL
