A legal services organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Legal Services Customer Service Representative in Houston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Have productive conversations with members and customers
- Own and resolve member issues from start to finish
- Find and fill needs to improve the member's experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
