Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Legal Software Client Success Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing a deep dive and understanding who our customers are and how they use our solutions
- Joining Customer calls and beginning to establish a relationship and obtain feedback
- Serving as the main point of contact and client advocate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years within a Customer Success department and experience in eDiscovery, Information Governance or Litigation
- Know how to quickly identify opportunities on key challenges by engaging customers
- Understanding of the EDRM with intermediate-level experience in the middle stages
- Comfortable formulating a plan quickly and committing to it
