A college is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Legal Studies Adjunct Instructor in New York City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Initiating, facilitating, interacting and moderating classroom forums
- Delivering lessons to undergraduate students
- Replying to emails within 24 hours
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend discipline specific and administrative meetings as scheduled
- J.D. or a Masters Degree in Legal Studies (or related discipline)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Demonstrated record of excellence in teaching
- College-level teaching experience
- Online teaching experience required
- Prior experience with Blackboard 9 or 9.1
- High level of technology proficiency is required and access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
