A healthcare technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Legal Support Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting all aspects of M&A transactions, conducting due diligence
  • Advising on deal structures and helping with integration
  • Supporting all aspects of other corporate transactions

Position Requirements Include:

  • JD from an accredited law school with
  • Legal license in good standing and active bar membership
  • 5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house at a technology or healthcare company
  • Experience in leading transactions from the legal side across all stages of the deal cycle
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
