An internet support services provider has a current position open for a Remote Legal Systems Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting/building integrations with select enterprise systems
- Ensuring all configurations and integrations are thoroughly tested
- Identifying gaps and opportunities for automation
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of experience in implementations and ongoing operations of enterprise systems
- Experience working with business functions to understand and map processes
- Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user
- Experience in implementing and sustaining best of breed SaaS applications
- Advanced knowledge of no-code applications
- Bachelor's in technology-related field or experience in implementing Business systems
