Job Summary

Passionate about travel, the full-time Remote Leisure Travel Agent will plan and book personalized domestic and international vacations while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and book customized FIT itineraries for domestic and international travel
• Assist clients via phone, email, and web chat while providing travel recommendations and support
• Process travel reservations and ensure compliance with ARC regulations and AAA policies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduates are encouraged to apply
• At least 2 years of leisure travel industry experience
• Experience with airline reservation systems, ticketing platforms, and GDS
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
