Job Summary
Providing high-quality support for lenders and internal agents, the full-time Remote Lender Communication Specialist will manage email communications, resolve issues, and train team members while working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and timely email support to lender partners and internal agents
- Serve as a point of contact for issue resolution, escalations, and troubleshooting support
- Conduct audits to ensure process accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, email support, or operations, preferably in lending or financial services
- Exceptional written communication skills with a professional tone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
