Job Summary

A mortgage lender has an open position for a Remote Lender Support Specialist in Orange.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as a liaison for Partners, Operations, and other various team members
• Managing the accounts of individually assigned Partners to capture greater market share
• Conducting webinars and various trainings for new and established Partners

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to attend various Sales/Operations meetings, both via conference call or in person
• Minimum 2 years' reverse mortgage processing and/or underwriting experience
• Ability to assist in managing a pipeline of 80/100 loans
• Excellent customer service and literary skills
