Job Summary

A reverse mortgage lender is seeking a Remote Lender Support Specialist in Orange County.

Must be able to:

• Review Financial Assessment documentation providing scenario responses or work with Credit Desk
• Conduct webinars and various trainings for new and established Partners
• Schedule and attend welcome calls with new partners as well as applicable staff

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Attend various Sales/Operations meetings, both via conference call or in person (as needed)
• Reverse mortgage processing and/or underwriting experience is a must (minimum 2 years)
• Ability to assist in managing a pipeline of 80/100 loans
• Willingness to think outside of the box while embracing AAG guidelines and HUD rules
• Excellent customer service and literary skills
• All other requirements necessary for this position
