- Providing leadership to customer success, underwriting, quality assurance, sales administration and titling
- Working collaboratively with managers, supervisors, and staff
- Developing procedures and reporting tools
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years consumer lending experience
- 5+ years in a management capacity, auto refinance industry or credit union experience
- Analytical skills to develop new insights, driving operational strategy and revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related/relevant field
- Working knowledge of bank technology platforms
