A full-service bank and national mortgage originator has a current position open for a Remote Lending Service Center Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling high call volume and answer customer questions
  • Resolving issues presented by internal and external customers
  • Scoring higher than 95% on the quality review

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1+ year mortgage industry experience or comparable experience
  • HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
  • Strong ability to analyze technology issues
  • Familiar with mortgage regulatory and compliance guidelines
  • Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook
