A full-service bank and national mortgage originator has a current position open for a Remote Lending Service Center Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling high call volume and answer customer questions
- Resolving issues presented by internal and external customers
- Scoring higher than 95% on the quality review
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ year mortgage industry experience or comparable experience
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
- Strong ability to analyze technology issues
- Familiar with mortgage regulatory and compliance guidelines
- Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook
